Hypnosis

Hypnosis comes from "Hypnos" the Greek word for sleep, though the state of hypnosis is very dissimilar from sleep itself.

Hypnosis is much like a daydream; it is a perfectly natural, safe and relaxing state of mind.

While in this comfortable state you will be alert to what is happening around you and will be in full control at all times.

During Hypnosis your conscious mind becomes quiet, allowing your powerful sub-conscious mind to come to the front. This allows the sub-conscious mind to be reprogrammed according to your desires.
Hypnosis will help the conscious and
sub-conscious to reach agreement and act together for permanent changes to take place.
